The Curated Table is my love letter in physical form to the food & beverage industry and all the things that make it great: the creativity behind it all—both in the kitchen and behind the bar. Between the quiet moments of set up and the organized chaos of service, the experience we aim to create for our guests encompasses everything from the ambiance and the music humming in the background, to the glow of the room when everything is in motion. It’s the foundation for the community that we build together. It’s about the invisible details that are always felt but seldom noticed.

A night out is never created by one person alone. It is a collaboration between everyone present—chefs, bartenders, servers, hosts, DJ’s and you, our guests—through the energy you bring into the room. Hospitality is a shared experience and at its best it isn’t just service.
